The Middlesex FA Walking Football League was founded in January 2019.

The purpose is to provide competitive walking football for gentlemen over 50 years of age.

                          West Regional league fixtures are played at Hillingdon Sports Centre on the second Sunday of every month.

2022/23 Season runs from October 2022 to May 2023 (excluding April 2023). Top 4 in both age groups will play off for the Cup, Bottom 4 in each age group will play off for the Plate in June 2023.
