The Middlesex FA Walking Football League was founded in January 2019.

The purpose is to provide competitive walking football for gentlemen over 50 years of age.

                          West Regional league fixtures are played at Hillingdon Sports Centre on the second Sunday of every month.

2021/22 Season runs from September 2021 to April 2022 (excluding January 2022). Top 4 in both age groups will play off for the Cup, Bottom 4 in each age group will play off for the Plate in May 2022.
